Fox revealed the name of its new direct-to-consumer service Monday, Fox One.

Set to launch in the fall, Fox One will be the home of all of Fox’s leading news, sports, and entertainment branded content, including Fox News, Fox Business, Fox Weather, Fox Sports, FS1, FS2, Big Ten Network, Fox Deportes, Fox local stations, and the Fox network.

“We know that Fox has the most loyal and engaged audiences in the industry, and Fox One is designed to reach outside of the pay TV bundle and deliver all the best Fox-branded content directly to viewers wherever they are,” Fox One CEO Pete Distad said in a statement. “We have built this platform from the ground up to allow consumers to enjoy and engage with our programming in new and exciting ways, leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance the user experience across the platform.”

Fox One will have livestreaming and on-demand options and feature advanced personalization technology that adapts to viewing preferences. Users will also be able to bundle Fox’s other streaming service, Fox Nation

The announcement of the new streaming service comes as Fox CEO Lachlan Murdoch spoke in defense of its existing entertainment streaming service, Tubi, during the media company’s earnings call.

Tubi, which delivered a successful stream Super Bowl LIX in February, “is becoming a mainstream service across America,” according to Murdoch. He added, “The only frustrating part about the business is we don’t get the appropriate valuation in our stock.”
