Music producer and Adweek’s 2022 Brand Visionary Pharrell Williams announced the launch of new creative advocacy agency Mighty Dream today. The Grammy-winning producer and entrepreneur collaborated with Edelman to co-found the effort.
Derived from Williams’ 2021 Elephant in the Room panel, which examined the business potential in Norfolk and Virginia Beach, Va., Mighty Dream will exclusively develop products and creative solutions that solve some of the societal challenges that have impacted marginalized communities. The agency will then work with brands to bring those solutions to life.
Williams will serve as co-chair and founder of Mighty Dream alongside Lisa Osborne Ross, CEO of Edelman U.S.
