Revolving Door Roster Updates: Button, Greenough, Material & More

This Friday’s closing out with some exciting news of new hires and promotions at agencies looking to scale and expand offerings, along with a few announcements of industry leaders leaving their current roles to move on to new chapters.

4A’s

Talisha Williams was hired as the executive vice president, talent, equity and learning solutions, at the 4A’s. Williams will lead industry-wide programming and provide guidance to members on retention, recruitment, professional development and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.

Adam&eve

Mat Goff, the CEO of adam&eveDDB Group North America, is leaving the agency at the end of this year. Goff was the first employee of the agency in 2008 and helped grow it to the biggest agency in the U.K., win countless awards including Cannes, Campaign Agency of the Decade, three IPA effectiveness grand prix and APG agency of the year. Goff will be moving back to the U.K. with his family.

Believe Media

Josh Hayward signed on to Believe Medias directorial roster for U.S. and U.K. representation. Hayward has worked at agencies like BLKJ Havas, Droga5 and GSD&M producing work for clients including GM, Lincoln, Amazon and Sony.

Button

After driving $2 billion in commerce in 2022, Button hired Glenn Fishback, the former head of global commerce at Klarna. Fishback brings experience leading sales and revenue at enterprises including eBay, Nielsen and Dun & Bradstreet.

Cornett

Robert Baker was named the director of social strategy at Cornett’s content studio, a promotion from his previous role as senior content creation manager. Baker has worked with many of the agency’s clients, including A&W Restaurants, Keeneland, GE Appliances and VisitLex.

FerebeeLane

FerebeeLane hired Robbie Cobb, who previously worked as a senior graphic designer at the agency years ago, as its creative director. Cobb brings experience working with clients like Moonpie, Subway, Google and Disney.

Greenough

Nikki Fest O’Brien was appointed president at Greenough, a Boston-based brand marketing and public relations agency. O’Brien brings 20 years of agency management experience, and will now work to support Greenough’s portfolio of clients, driving creativity, expanding innovative offerings and expanding marketing and strategic communication teams.

Integral Ad Science Holding Corp.

Tania Secor was appointed as chief financial offer at Integral Ad Science Holding Corp (IAS). With 25 years of financial leadership experience, including her most recent roles at global CFO at R/GA and Reprise, Secor will lead the global finance team at IAS.

Jogger Studios

Jogger Studios welcomed producer Joe Paisner to its team. Coming from his previous role at The Mill, Paisner will work with the producing teams in the Santa Monica, Austin and San Francisco offices.

Journey Further

Journey Further appointed Kim Strachan as its new people director. Bringing over 10 years of experience in learning and development, coaching and talent, Strachan will lead global people strategy for the agency.

Klick Health

Klick Health is building out its global leadership team and offices, starting with its global operations team and its first overseas managing directors. Michael Becker, Shaun Chalk and Catherine MacInnis form the global operations team, supported by Glen Webster, executive president, global operations and Jennifer White, global head of growth. Jennifer Lambert and Roberta Raduan join as its first global managing directors.

M&C Saatchi

M&C Saatchi London appointed Sonia Hall as its first people partner. Hall comes from her previous role as senior HR director, people and culture, at Evoke Euruope and will now work to define and execute a new people and culture plan at M&C Saatchi.

Material

Sharon Jamra joined customer experience transformation company Material as its first chief people officer. Kamra will lead people experience and operations, including recruiting, compensation, benefits and learning and development.

Squeak E. Clean Studios

Kayla Monetta joined Squeak E. Clean Studios as its director of new business. Working out of the agency’s New York office, Monetta will shape company sales strategy and work to scale revenue across North America through new initiatives, partnerships and markets.

Thinkingbox

Corey Hankey was promoted to managing partner at Thinkingbox from his previous role as managing director. With over 14 years of experience at the company, Hankey will now be responsible for growing the business through client acquisition, retention and relations, as well as agency integration and internal culture building.

Whereoware

Digital experience agency Whereoware appointed Eric MacKenzie as its chief technology officer. In this role, MacKenzie will lead and grow the company’s custom development and technical services team, while also expanding its technology practices across Optimizely, Salesforce, WordPress and Acquia-Drupal.

Wild Gift

Creative collective Wild Gift signed Vancouver-based director Dylan Maranda to its roster for U.S. commercial representation. Maranda is know for work such as the “Happy Birthday, Twitter” PSA for the Canadian Centre for Child Protection, and has recently worked at Mischief and No Fixed Address.

WPP

Joanne Wilson was appointed the new CFO at WPP, after John Rogers announced his decision to step down from the role. Wilson joins from her previous role as CFO at Britvic, an international soft drinks company based in the U.K.

WPP Germany

WPP appointed Frank-Michael ‘FM’ Schmidt as its president in Germany, its third largest market. In this role, Schmidt will shape the company’s business in Germany, support agency leadership teams and promote a strong internal culture.

Wunderman Thompson

Wunderman Thompson Commerce hired Ashton Hubbard as its sustainable commerce director. This role will tap into Hubbard’s experience in consulting, creative, technology and operations, as well as her passion for environmental, social and business governance.
