Facebook's Reactions Feature Is the Latest Sign It's an Emoji World

And we're just living in it ('haha' face)

Facebook has rolled out its much-anticipated "Reactions" feature, which allows users to hover over the "Like" button to choose another visually formatted expression to use in a post. The emoji-like expressions include "love," "haha," "wow," "sad" and "angry."

The development was first revealed in October 2015, and Reactions are now available globally. Facebook announced the move today in a blog post written by the company's product manager, Sammi Krug.

"We understand that this is a big change, and want to be thoughtful about rolling this out," Krug wrote.
